Essential is a direct healthcare services membership: a flat monthly fee for defined primary care services, instead of paying visit by visit.

Ages 18 to 64
Essential Adult
$120/month
- ✓ Unlimited secure messaging and telehealth
- ✓ 1 in-person visit per month (home or clinic)
- ✓ 1 included minor procedure per month
- ✓ Preventive care, annual wellness planning, chronic disease management
- ✓ Ordering and interpretation of outside labs and imaging
- ✓ Referral coordination (mammography, physical therapy, specialty)
- ✓ 20% off all additional procedures and all neurotoxin
- ✓ Travel surcharge waived
Under 18, standalone
Essential Child
$60/month
- ✓ For a child under 18 with no paying adult member on the account
- ✓ The same Essential benefits as Essential Adult, including unlimited messaging and telehealth, 1 in-person visit per month, and 1 included minor procedure per month
- ✓ Well-child and preventive care
- ✓ Travel surcharge waived
Under 18, with an enrolled adult
Child Add-On
$30/month
- ✓ For a child under 18 attached to an enrolled Essential Adult member
- ✓ The same Essential benefits as Essential Adult, including unlimited messaging and telehealth, 1 in-person visit per month, and 1 included minor procedure per month
- ✓ Well-child and preventive care
- ✓ Travel surcharge waived
A parent or legal guardian must enroll, schedule, and sign for anyone under 18.
More than one adult in your household? Each additional adult enrolls at the Essential Adult rate ($120/month).
One-year term, automatically renews. Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice; unused fees are refunded per diem.
Need an in-person visit beyond your one included per month? $120 for members (not available to non-members).
Flexible payment plans are available. Ask us when you book.
What's not included
Hospital care, emergency room visits, specialist referrals (coordination is included, the specialist's own fees are not), prescription medications, and any procedure beyond the one included minor procedure per month. Members should maintain separate health insurance for catastrophic, emergency, and specialist care. Essential is not a substitute for it.
You'll sign your Membership Agreement and pay your first month at your first visit.
Lifetouch memberships are not health insurance and do not satisfy any insurance mandate.
Where We Serve
In-home and clinic visits across the Albuquerque metro and nearby communities: Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Placitas, Cedar Crest, Bosque Farms, and Los Lunas. Telehealth is available statewide in New Mexico. Travel surcharges may apply outside the core service radius.
All prices exclude New Mexico gross receipts tax, which is added at the time of service.
