Using This Website Does Not Make You a Patient

Using this website does not make you a Lifetouch patient. Filling out a form, calling or texting us, or chatting with our website assistant does not create a doctor-patient relationship. You become a patient only after you sign our Patient Agreement (or Fee-for-Service Agreement) and we confirm your first visit.

Not for Emergencies

This website is not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988. Do not use our forms, email, or texts for urgent needs.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call (505) 226-6455. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying any service. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not for emergencies or sensitive health information.

These terms and your use of this website are governed by New Mexico law. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
