Submit Documents
Send your W-9, malpractice certificate, NM license, board cert, and NPI.
Sign Your ICA
Once verified, sign your Independent Contractor Agreement and HIPAA acknowledgment digitally.
Start Practicing
Accept assignments that fit your schedule. Our medical director is reachable for clinical backup.
